Stan Sidman, Business Development Group
We have all been to meetings of all kinds, gathered infinite amounts of information on running our professional practices and yet continue to seek more and more information. Why?
Because our engineering training has, for the most part, left us left brain dominant (linear, logical, analytical) and this dominance makes us feel as though we never have enough information. We were granted two spheres in our brains for a reason, to be used.
Without utilizing the right side of our brains, we fail to transfer our technical efficiency to our prospective clients in a way that will be trusted and accepted so that action may be taken. This effective transference is dominated by the right side of our brains.
Stan Sidman will present some things about which you may never have given any thought....especially as being related to the business development space. As a graduate of Boston University, Stan become a manager of three departments in a national company when he was only in his early twenties managing in excess of 100 employees. He then became a stockbroker in Boston and moved up quickly to become an institutional broker on Wall Street seeing many of the problems we are dealing with today.
Because of his fascination with the mind he went on to become Certified Hypnotherapist and a Certified Practitioner of NLP (neuro linguistic programming). This helped Stan to see things that others haven't even started to think about. This meeting will not be conventional.
The Consultants Network meeting starts at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place at Constant Contact, Reservoir Place - 1601 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA 02451, in the Great Room on the first floor
